Not a working app!

I wish I had read the latest review of this app prior to buying it. It loads a blank screen with an A. I attempted to contact App support and write an email to them via their website. However, on both the desktop and mobile version of the app it says Captcha but there is neither a picture of nor a box to enter a Captcha.. Therefore, I cant send an email to app support.
